Viktor Tyulkin, State Duma's deputee and Communist Labor Party leader (RKPB, not to confuse with KPRF) has given an interview to "Komsomolksaya Pravda" newspaper. Responding to a question on what kind of attitude to gays do the "labor communists" have, he said that "the party didn't find it necessary to form an official position" on this topical question.
Tyulkin (Viktor Anpilov's former colleague) is the head of RKPB since 1993. During the 1991 presidential elections he was the person empowered to act for nationalist general Makashov.
The primary goal for his party, by his words, is "struggle with "United Russia", that feeds from Vova Putin's pork".
Independent observers think that Tulkin, known for numerous scandalous assault and battery-related actions, will take place of notorious Vasily Shandybin.
