"Pulsar" inter-regional project begins its activities in Novosibirsk. Since August 2nd, 2009 every Sunday different activities for Siberian gay, lesbian, transsexual and bisexual people will be held in the premises of the organization in Novosibirsk. LGBT people are welcome to join educating meetings on the issues of sexual health, thematic discussions, seminars, trainings, group games, film shows etc.

Its organizers say that the center will have a cozy interior and amicable atmosphere, become a meeting place with friends and a place to strike up a new acquaintance. Its frequenters would be able to use free Internet and services of the queer library.
