The First International Queer culture Festival in Saint-Petersburg was a great hit and its final day had so much events on its agenda.
Guests invited to "The Place" club had a unique opportunity to watch the latest performance of the "Commonwealth of TeFa actors" queer-theater - "The Love of Don Perlimplin", "The Story about happiness and bad luck and love in the garden depicted in four "lubok" pictures" - a lyrical tragicomedy on Federico Garcia Lorca's story.
Later that night "A poetry slam" - a competition between poets to be the best one - started in the "3L" club - popular among city's LGBT community. Competition's judge panel consisted people accidentally chosen out of the club visitors and famous writer Liya Kirgetova, who assessed participants' performances and artistic value. Tanya Ivanova, Katya Erdesh and Ulyana Angelevskaya were chosen by panel for the final.
"Betty" band's performance crowned the closing of Saint-Petersburg International Queer Culture Festival.
