The 34th issue of "Pinx" came out yesterday - a newspaper that tells the story of "Life in the Pink Light" (the slogan of the magazine) since the fall of 2006. "Pinx" is one of the oldest and most unique pop magazines tailored specifically to the lesbian and bisexual community as well as their friends and family.
The "Pinx" editorial board listened to the readers' requests and changed its format. The magazine is now 6 times larger in volume but has been resized to be small enough to conveniently fit into a handbag. In addition to being in color and glossy, more than 80 pages are devoted to poetry and prose due to the number of submissions the editors at "Pinx" have received in recent years.
The new 34th issue includes the works of some of the perhaps most prominent authors whose books have a following from the LGBT readership community. "Pinx" only publishes new poetry and prose. Leah Kirgetova, Kolya Snegova, Nastya Denisova, Marina Chen, Marta Yakovleva, Irina Aleksandrova, Rosa Nevrozova, Elena Georgievskaya, Dita Karelina, Jade Yuri are 10 of the authors that will be featured.
Nearly 100 pages of prose, poetry and lesbian life news from around the world will be found in the mini-magazine.
Within the next two weeks, the Gay.Ru and Lesbi.Ru websites will be featuring short interviews on each webpage about the lives of all the authors of "Pinx", so stay tuned!
You can order a new "Pinx" issue online (automatic translation >>) and have it delivered worldwide. "Pinx" magazine is already available in "Indigo" stores in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Finally, all your favorite lesbian news, gossip and good literature in one magazine!
