Rainbow NewsPoisonous gas sprayed in the club Central Station in Moscow
26 Nov. 2013
Unknown group spayed gas in the Moscow gay club Central Station with 500 clubbers present at the premises, - the Russian media reports.
The club's staff were able to remove the gas with a smoke removal machine in just minutes. Several customers sought medical aid, but chose not to be taken to hospitals.
According to the top manager Andrey Leschinskiy, this has been the fourth incident of attacks. "This has been a fourth provocation, aimed against our club by anonymous attackers. We suggest they are linked to the owners of the building," - he said. - "They spray the gas into the premises to try to impose their extremist views against LGBT community."
The Club’s management called the police to find the culprits to prevent such acts in future.
About a month ago, near the club entrance, there appeared the neon sign reading Gay Club with the song Golyubaya Luna heard from loudspeakers. According the Central Station’s management, that was a provocative act made by the building’s owner, which was to scare away the club’s visitors.
