Traveller's Guide
Well, you expect another lonely evening? You do not know anyone of 'your kind' in that 'damned place', but desperately need some someone beside you? Or, maybe, you are a real party animal in search of round-the-clock dancing and shows?
We will help you to choose the right place to go. Our site features the most comprehesive list of gay venues in the ex-USSR. Please note that the gay scene first appeared in Russia only a few years ago. The gay life is largely concentrated around capitals, such as Moscow , St. Petersburg , Kiev etc., where most gay venues are located. As everywhere in the world, people are much more tolerant to gays and lesbians in larger cities. The places listed on our pages are generally safe for gay visitors, unless indicated otherwise.
We update our listings monthly for the capitals and twice a year for smaller locations. We also keep track of all events catering to gays and lesbians, such as movies, theatre plays, TV shows, exhibitions etc.
We kindly invite you to check out our listing of personal guides - young gay Russian or Ukrainians who speak fluent English or German and are knowledgeable about the tourist attractions and night scene in their respective cities.
